“A vintage, silver gelatine print of Morrissey. It was taken in 1984 in a cave under some railway lines in Lambeth, London. The photographer was well known editorial portrait photographer Derek Ridgers. It was commissioned by the British music magazine New Musical Express.

It's quite an infamous image because it was later used by Morrissey as a backdrop on his 1992 tour. It was also used as the image for the tour programme's front cover, tour t-shirts and tour passes.”
