Moz was at the Libertines show at the El Rey in Los Angeles tonight:) (Aug. 4) The boys must be laying the basic tracks down now in England while he's enjoying the LA summer. Still don't know what he's doing with Attack. (Tim Burgess from the Charlatans was there too).

  • According to Alain, Morrissey and Co. will start to record in the fall... hence, the Motivators gigging in England and Moz catching shows at home in California (perhaps doing a bit of A&R work?).

P.S., where's Boz? His website vanished.

  • I saw The Libertines supporting Supergrass last year and they were fucking brilliant (so were Supergrass).

I also saw the Cheeky Girls at South Shields on Saturday and they were fooking awful. Still it end up in a riot with Charvers fighting each other. Charvers fighting always cheers me up and I left with a smile on my face.

  • C'mon Stephen, this is no time to be farting around watching other bands. You've got your deal, not get back in the studio!!!

If you leave it much longer you'll have to title your next record "Remember Me?"

  • I cannot see how anyone can slag The Libertines off, in my opinion they are amazing. By far the best album of the last year, they are so energetic and alive. And live they are even better, I hope Pete soon sorts out his differences with the rest of the band in time for Leeds festival.
