Stuart writes: Moz cropped up in the Top Ten TV Villians on Channel 4 again, on the 27 October. They were profiling the scourge of Roland Browning and fat kids everywhere, 'Gripper' from evergreen children's favourite 'Grange Hill'. It turns out the actor who played him (Mark Savage) has been short of work since he left the show in 1985, with his last meaningful job being that of the 'stalker' who follows Moz around in the 'Dagenham Dave' video, which they duly played!

chris h. also writes: On Saturday 27 , a C4 programme entitled Top Ten TV Hardmen showed a clip of the video for 'Daghenam Dave'. The reason for this was that one of the actors featured in the top ten's only other work was a "cameo" in , and I quote "a video by another bequiffed 80's icon.".

Come on C4 , Moz is still an icon !

  • Gripper was the greatest influence in my life. By following his example I spent six months in the nick for GBH on Benny Green. I now run the biggest protection racket in Thames Ditton.

I also see Fat Al and that gimp of a friend of his with the blonde perm on a regualr basis at the local dole office. And as for fat Role-and I still hate his fat guts the speccy piece of shit.
